Campus Activities Board brings Nick Jonas to WMU
KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The Campus Activities Board's 2018 spring concert will bring the multi-platinum, Grammy- and Golden Globe-nominated recording artist, actor and songwriter Nick Jonas to campus at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, in Western Michigan University's University Arena.
Tickets are $15 for students, and two tickets can be purchased with each valid student Bronco Card. Tickets for the general public, including WMU faculty and staff, range from $25 to $35. All ticket prices increase by $5 on the day of the show. The event is reserved seating and tickets can be bought in person at the Waldo Stadium Ticket Office from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or online at wmubroncos.com/tickets.
Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the event will feature special guest Marc Scibilia.
Nick Jonas
Nick Jonas released his self-titled debut album in November 2014. Included on that album is the double-platinum, No. 1 U.S. radio hit, "Jealous." In June 2016, he released "Last Year Was Complicated," a solo album that included the platinum hit "Close," featuring Tove Lo, and debuted as the No. 1 selling album of the week.
Also an accomplished songwriter, Jonas is a recipient of the Songwriters Hall of Fame's prestigious Hal David Starlight Award. He co-wrote "Home" for the movie "Ferdinand." The song was nominated for a 2018 Golden Globe for Best Original Song.
